    Current personal favorite is Shadowed Unitframes. It can be found on curse.

    For an easy one to configure I would suggest Stuf or Shadowed.
    Pretty basic, but not as confusing as PB4 or oUF.

    I second this!
    Stuf is incredibly flexible and you can do pretty much anything once you learn your way around the config.

    X-Perl is what I use

    XPerl/Shadowed Unitframes offering the simpler options in terms of appearance.
    Pitbull and StUF are not what I would call easy or simple to configure for most users, so should be seen as a step up from those, not something to go straight into.

    Pitpull is hard to configure when you don't know shit about it. :C
    Hence i prefer XPerl or LUIv3, even though some addons are confusing.
