Resto help (kinda)

Right well here's the situation..

I played resto druid all through ICC 11/12 heroic 10/25man and halion 25man down... Ive recently moved to a 10man guild as mage but due to problems with their resto druid ive volunteered to reroll and lend a hand..

What i want to kno is what are the changes since wrath?? whats best spells to use now for healing (tank or raid) and whats the best stats and Gears to go for pre raid..
