Modifier tooltip issue

#showtooltip [mod:ctrl] Commanding Shout; Battle Shout
/cast [mod:ctrl] Commanding Shout; Battle Shout

Normally that would show the icon for Commanding Shout if I hold Control and Battle Shout otherwise.
I've just notice that it no longer does that. I even tried the following line and it doesn't do it like before:

#showtooltip [mod:ctrl] Commanding Shout; Battle Shout

Hopefully someone can help me figure out why it's doing this. It casts the right spells, it's just the icon doesn't change.

Went back and changed it to question mark, it must have changed when I was attempting to use MacroBank.
