    7% Rapture

    Anyone know when the 7% rapture buff is going live?

    Stealing this thread to ask another question.

    Does Rapture still proc multiple times when an X amount of shields break at the same time?

    Like Nefs Electrocute? If i give everyone a bubble, Electrocute hits, i get 8x 7% mana? Or just once?
