We are 3/13 HM. Halfus, Chimaeron and Maloriak are the three.
Our raid group consists of raiders who have been through it all across all the expansions. Our raid leader, Brutall, has been doing this for a long, long time. We just like to raid, and we like to raid effectively, so please apply if you fit that bill.
Right now, we are in direct need of, but not limited to, any of the following:
Death Knight
Blood (Low) - Frost (Low) - Unholy (Low)
We will consider all other applicants of course, and we highly encourage you to fill out an application if you think you can handle hard modes.
We're VERY demanding on applicants, and we will not even bother to look at you unless you can truthfully handle raiding content in Cataclysm. This should be self explanatory.
Is your Therazane reputation exalted?
Do your professions provide a benefit to raiding? Do you constantly look for ways to improve your Tanking, Healing or Damaging ability?
Can you understand basic instruction? Are you able to adapt to change without needing your hand held? Do you read up on boss fights before the raid starts?
If you answered no to any of these questions, please do not apply.
We are ALWAYS searching for bigger and better players. If you happen to perform a role better than one of our current members, and you want to prove it, fill out the application and we will give you that opportunity. If you are a better player, you WILL receive their raid spot.

Guild Outline
We are a raiding guild that focuses more on enjoying the raiding scene as a team, and as friends, more than anything else. We do not care about gear, because it is plentiful and replaceable. We raid three nights a week, and during those raid times, we do not wish to hear about your day, your problems, or you in particular. Raid times are reserved for just that, raiding, so save the talking for off time.
What does Static expect from its members?
We demand that our members come prepared and ready to raid. We do not coddle the weak. Raid spots are earned in the guild, not awarded. If you are not pulling your weight you will be replaced. This is our commitment to excellence. We understand everyone makes mistakes, we just ask that you learn from them and try not to repeat them on a daily basis.
Recruit Requirements
Your recruitment could last two to four weeks. Brutall, our GM, will decide when you are done with your recruitment. We expect nearly 100% attendance during this period. You may be asked to sit during the recruitment period. You are required to come to a raid prepared to raid. Please come with all consumables, including but not limited to flasks, foods, and potions. Please show up for the raid 5-10 minutes prior to invites. All recruits are eligible to receive loot during this period only after a Statican has passed on said loot.
Loot Distribution
Seeing as to how 10 and 25 man raids drop the same loot, we're shifting from a DKP standpoint to a distribution standpoint. On the off chance that we run two 10 mans due to summer vacations (as an example), DKP would be a headache, so distribution is our current system. For those who worry about favoritism, just relax. If favoritism were an issue, then the guild would crumble, and that's not what Brutall, or anyone, wants to happen. We play fair, and we expect you to do the same.

Sunday - 9:00pm - 12:30am
Monday - Off
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - 8:30pm-12:30am
Thursday - 8:30pm - 12:30am
Friday - Off
Saturday - Off
All "off" nights can be used to run alt raids, PvP, etc. We encourage you to play with your guild mates as often as possible, and to participate frequently when you are able to.
Again, we judge applicants very, very harshly. Do not hesitate to apply if you meet our requirements, though.
On a side note, if/when you transfer, PLEASE make sure your character name is in the standard English alphabet (no funny characters!).
90% of the time one of the players doesn't play as well as the other, or when one is asked to sit for a boss we're trying to progress on both players are offended.
