Probably both holy and disc will get that absolution mastery (not a talent). The only change will be that offensive dispels will only remove 1 effect and shadow won't be able to dispel friendly units, only itself.
I shall die here. Every inch of me shall perish. Every inch, but one. An inch. It is small and it is fragile and it is the only thing in the world worth having. We must never lose it or give it away. We must never let them take it from us.
Both holy and disc are listed here. No need to panic.

Yeah, it's just listed under Discipline because that's the spell book Dispel is located in. I'm sure this is just a nerf to Shadow Priests.
This passion is a plagiarism.
And what will happen with Mass Dispel ?? (one of my favourite, unique spell)
Nothing, as of right now. I don't think its a problem though. But then again, I didn't see a problem in shadow priests dispelling their party members, so who knows.
I can see them letting us keep Mass Dispel to dispel friendly targets since it has a high mana cost and a cast time, needs manual targeting and only removes 1 effect from friendly targets. After all, Warlocks can dispel magic from friendly targets with Singe Magic.

As a rule, I try to act on the internet as I would in real life. If I have offended you, feel free to point it out. Unless I meant to offend you, I will probably apologize.
As in, part of the talent specialization.
