Current haste ratings required for GCD ?

hello all ,
after googleing for it and searching this forum (and the sticky) I can't find a strict and updated answer for the question : how much haste ratings are required for the GCD ?

most threads I saw are talking about 50% haste with about 1800 ratings which is probably pre-cata since those ratings are about 19% now..

sry if that topice/question was allready answered . id so I missed it and thanks for everyone who can give me the precise and current number I'm looking for :-)

50 * 128.125 = 6406.25 haste rating.
This, of course, does not include any buffs what so ever.

It should be 4958 haste rating with Dark Intent + Raid Buff. Or 4783 for a Goblin with both of those.
