Immersion FPS: Half Life 2
Vast and immersive MMOFPS: Mass Effect 2
Just amazing: Morrowind & Oblivion
Graphically amazing: Crysis

I'm looking forward to Skyrim, Crysis 2, Portal 2, and some of the MMOs coming out this year. Played the Dragon Age 2 demo, have to say I didn't like it.
