Going to just make a list while I'm in a raging mood of things that should be changed bullet-style so you can all praise me or hate me. Not going to list bugs that have been around because they'll either be fixed or continued to be ignored by Blizz anyway.
In no particular order...
•*Bandages no longer breaking on dot damage.
•*Adding an instant-use HoT bandage
•*Removing Death Grip from the game
• Removing Life Grip from the game
•*Making prot specs nearly 100% threat-based, reducing their damage to inconsequential levels
•*Buffing/Nerfing non-healer self healing to the same levels. Some classes currently are their own pocket healer, others need to be carried. This with all the damage and utility in the world being given to any and everyone as it is, removing the argument of class balance when it comes to self healing.
• Consolidating CC's further so that we don't have comps like MLD having 3 spammable CDs on different DRs making it possible to land a kill with full CC in the first 30seconds of the match with all trinkets and defensive CDs blown.
•*Put Hungering Cold on a 2-3min CD
•*Make hunter aspects work like stances so we don't need asinine shot macros just to play efficiently
• Remove Heroic Leap from the game and bring back charge > intercept
•*Make Master's call/HoF undispellable when cast on self
•*Make casting speed debuffs cost a major amount of resources to put up, given the lacking of haste currently in the game
•*Buff Tree of Life so that the druid is un-CCable while it is up.
•*Buff Ice Barrier to be more in line with current damage output
•*Buff Stoneclaw totem to be more in line with current damage output
Sure there's more but that's all I can think of right now :P
