That's not ultra then and sure, any PC can run Ultra but not at sustainable FPS.

    Precisely the point.
    You can't handle full ultra.
Ultra-minus shadows is another point altogether.

No shadows, not full ultra. Your FPS will drop a lot when turning that option on.

In a completely empty Org. Impressive I must say. When that place is fully crowded, you'll drop to under 30 FPS.

Kidding right? I have a core i7 sandy bridge at 4.5ghz and 2 GTX 580s in SLI. I run WoW with everything at ultra, yes shadows as well, with over 100fps in nearly everything.

oh yeah, and at 1920/1080 res as well.

There isn't a setup that can run WoW with everything maxed out and get smooth frame rates all the time, just remember that. Everyone's frame rates drop when a lot of things are happening on screen, this is simply a limit of the engine WoW runs on. Don't be surprised when yours do as well.

even if i cant run on Max or Ultra settings will it have decent FPS once i remove all of the bloatware?
I was looking at buying the 17 inch one. I'm quite fond of ASUS gear, I had an F3Ka computer, and it was incredible. I ran that for four years or so. Great laptop.
