I know its been asked many times, I just wanted to see if I could get a quick answer. Whats the haste cap (rating/percent) at which it isn't smart to get any more? As in, which % is the "cap"?

If you want to use renew enough, it's 12.5% for an extra tick.
Otherwise there is no haste cap.

12.5 is what I thought, but I thought I remember people saying there isn't any point in going above that

I think, going for HAste as secondary (not as obsessive like u'd do with shadow) it's a good way to boost ur throughput nicely.

Apart from Intellect, Haste is your best stat. Period. There isn't a cap, only a minimum that's attainable in blue gear.

Get a decent amount of haste, and a decent amount of mastery.
For holy, they are both just as effective as the other, but effective at different times during encounters.
