<Fallout> Tarren Mill Realm 2nd 5/13 HC 25m Recruiting a Tank
Fallout is looking for a new Tank preferably Paladin or Deathknight to power up the tanks team for our heroic progression raids in Cataclysm. We can offer you a stable and pleasant raiding environment with lots of guild events on off-days and an active/social guildchat.
Current 25man Progress:
Bastion of the Twilight: 4/4 (HC 1/5)
Throne of the Four Winds: 2/2 (HC 1/2)
Blackwing Descent: 6/6 (HC 3/6)
Our raiding schedule currently is:
Wednesday 20:00 - 23:30 (invites start at 19:30, first pull at 20:00)
Thursday 20:00 - 23:30 (invites start at 19:30, first pull at 20:00)
Sunday 20:00 - 23:30 (invites start at 19:30, first pull at 20:00)
Monday 20:00 - 23:30 (invites start at 19:30, first pull at 20:00
General Rules
You need to have a good base knowledge of the class you play and should always be up to date on class changes.
You should be prepared to adjust your talent spec/build in order to perform better on encounters that require it.
You will be prepared with consumables for every raid.
You will be prepared for new encounters by either watching movies or reading up on bosskillers.
You must have ventrilo 3.0 installed on your computer and own a working microphone.
You must have important addons like a bossmod and a threatmeter depending on your class installed.
You will show be on time for the raids you signed up for.
You will always sign up for raids as it is a requirement, even if you can't come you will sign up as cancelled.
You have good knowledge of the English language.
You need to be a team player, we don't want people in the guild who are only here for the epixz.
You need to be able to handle criticism without going emo.
Gear-wise we expect you to have an average itemlevel of at least 359, properly enchanted and gemmed.
