[Bug] Blue Tracker does not support underlined text

The Blue Tracker does not seem to support underlined text. See this random example, and the corresponding Blue Tracker page. The text "Had to make ..." is underlined in the original, while in the Blue Tracker it is not.

It is picking up bold and italics just fine, though.

If we're fixing minor parsing errors - it doesn't support red text either.
