About Alterac Deviants :

Alterac Deviants is a long standing guild that has been around since Molten Core, originally from the realm Shattered Hand we have also been on Genjuros then later transferred to Ravencrest to set up home and have been there since.

We are searching for skilled players that want to raid but at the same time have fun while doing it. We take pride in having a good social community in Alterac Deviants.Gear wise we need people close to what most of our current members have, which is a mix of 359/372 gear. Raiding wise we concentrate on 25 man and looking at doing 10 man content with alts on off days.

So far in cataclysm we have cleared 12/12 normal and currently 7/12 Heroic with boss progress being constant.In WOTLK we have cleared all hard modes. We have completed a tribute to insanity , Algalon, Yogg-Saron 0 keepers and Ruby Sanctum Heroic and LK Heroic. We also cleared all content pre nerf in TBC

Schedule
We raid from 18:45 - 00:00 Sunday to Thursday

Loot
Loot is decided via our guild master and officers via loot council, an item drops you whisper him you are interested along side the current item you wish to replace. Depending on what other people have , raid attendance and quality of raiding will be the deciding factors of who gets the item.

What we expect from you

#High Raid attendance - This doesn't mean we expect you to be a no lifer and forsake everything just for raiding.
#Know your class and spec in depth, know how to gem , enchant etc. Knowledge about other classes and off-specs is an advantage also.
#You might have the achievement to say you have done said boss , but knowledge of the encounter and how the mechanics work is a must.
#Your expected to bring the correct consumables for your class to the raid, and have the correct professions for your class to maximize its potential during raids.
#Be on time for raids, if your unable to attend let us know its only common decency.
#Use of Ventrillo.
#Not be a drama queen or horny about items.
#You want to progress and think about others as well as your self.
