Nothing really wrong with your gear. Just a few minor things for minor improvements.
1. PVE 359 gear is generally better than PVP 365 gear.
2. Gems should be Delicate unless you are getting 14+ agility (per non-red gem slot) or 40+ in a secondary stat. So your legs and belt could be regemmed, but it's probably not necessary if you're tight on cash, since you'll probably gain about the equivalent of ~3.5 Agi per gem.
3. The old WOTLK +22 agi on cloak is better
4. Reforges are generally correct, but you may want to check with Mew to make sure you are not overly favoring Crit over Haste.
As for your spec, I'd try to fill out 2/2 Nurturing Instinct. Does your raid really require you to have 2/2 Infected Wounds? I'm assuming you are doing 25s if you don't have Brutal Impact, so Infected Wounds may not be necessary either in which case you can consider taking Perserverance for extra survivability.
