Yeh, while your at it, remove dispel from disc priest too, and buff Frost mage CC. And dk totally need more slows and silences.

Obviously boomchickens are the masters of pvp and need a nerf, but I mean even more of a nerf! 20% off of the main nuke, and a nerf to self healing isn't quite enough. A chicken thats just below the rest of the competition is absurd! We need to make them completely unviable before its balanced!
