    (A) TMP - 2/13 HC 25man raiding. Recruiting!

TMP is preparing to bolster its numbers for the current. Throughout WotLK, we've been responsible many of the Chamber of Aspects server firsts, including Grand Crusader, most of ICC25h and LK10 heroic, as well as hosting public ICC25 pugs that have accomplished more than many raiding guilds.

Since Cataclysm was released, we have already accomplished a World 119th kill and several server firsts. If you'd like to be part of a casual, friendly guild that takes its raiding seriously, visit our website below.

    Guild Information

TMP was formed by and is led by people who like to raid, and are good enough at it and value their time outside the game enough that our tolerance for failure would put us in the hardcore camp. Our playtime (3 major 25 man raids a week 3 hours each) would put us in the casual camp from time point of view.

Those are the two values I like to consider instead of just pure hardcore/casual. Time and skill.

Since our transfer to Chamber of Aspects, TMP has had a major overhaul compared to how we played on Runetotem. We aimed to have all our raiders riding a icecrown drake before cataclysm, and came pretty close to the 100% mark. Since arriving here, we've grown massively as a guild; from just another raiding team, we've ended up on server top for progress. With Cataclysm's arrival, I know we can keep our hot streak going and stay true to our number one position.

Whenever possible, we do strive to hit a server first bosskill, and in that spirit, it is not unlikely that we bring very specific setups to a raid to beat a certain encounter for the first time. We do not regularly extend our raidtimes, but it does happen from time to time that we go past our set raid times if we are close to a first kill. A good example was our server first LK10 Heroic kill. It doesn't happen often, but the results show.

Achievements are not something we actively pursue at the moment, unless they are part of a larger meta-achievement in an instance. If the opportunity arises, and does not involve extra risk, or would give us something in return for that risk, we may choose to try to accomplish a raid achievement. Meta-achievements are actively pursued.

How do we decide who gets what?

TMP uses what some people might know as "Loot Council" system for dealing out drops from bosses. This means that when an item drops, the Guild Master - or the senior members in the raid - make a decision to whom to give the item. This method is used as it makes sure every bit of loot goes toward making the raid force more powerful. The purpose is to most efficiently gear up the guild as a unit instead of individual players, makes sure people are properly rewarded for good attendance and raid performance.

    Raiding days are:

    Wednesday 20:00 - 23:00

    Thursday 20:00 - 23:00

    Monday 20:00 - 23:00

Currently we are considering every exceptional application. Recruitment for most classes is open.
