<Stoneblood> on Blackhand (Horde) needs committed players to solidify our roster for 25-man raiding.

- Paladin (healer)

Raid Times:
8:00 to 11:00 PM server (Central Time; GMT-6)
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

10-man continuations are unscheduled but are sometimes formed per raider availability.

Progression:
6/12 in 25-man
6/12 overall

Loot Distribution:
We use a priority system based on EPGP.

Raid and Guild Environment:
We are an adult guild with the goal of having fun while pushing our progression in the 9 hours per week dedicated to raiding. We keep a slim 25-man roster in order to maintain our synergy and to reward those who are committed to performing as part of our team. We have friendly officers and members who enjoy the community in and out of raids and welcome social, casual, and PvP players as well.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- At the instance early or on time every night; properly inform officers well ahead of time in the rare occasion of a necessary absence, late arrival, or early departure. 93% attendance mandatory.
- Completely prepared for every raid by researching all possible boss fights before raid on your own time and by coming with an adequate supply of +300 flasks and +90 food appropriate to your spec (or specs).
- Eager to improve your raid performance and willing to take and learn from criticism. Our officers will not sit you for %#!@ing up a few times, but consistent mistakes and hostility are serious issues.
- Good attitude/conduct in and out of raid. If you're not a #%!* and you don't want raiding to feel like a job, chances are we'll like you.
- Knowledgeable about your class and spec in terms of both statistics and raid performance.

Expected but not exactly necessary:
- Best-in-slot pre-raid gear (excluding BoE epics).
- Fully gemmed (with rare-quality gems) and enchanted. We do not expect you to spend 10k to enchant a blue, but you should have the next-best enchantment on that item.
- Open to an R-rated environment. We are loose with each other and do not shun profanity, obscene jokes, teasing, or other stuff that could offend you.

Application
We are looking for COMMITTED, PREPARED, and FRIENDLY raiders, not people who like gear more than the opposite sex (or same sex, or sheep in our GM's case) or simply pull huge numbers a couple times a month. We are not a hardcore guild but we work to maintain a progression-focused raid group, and need people like you to solidify our roster.
