[Books] It's World Book Day, what are you reading?

Today is World Book Day in the UK (and I'm taking the liberty to celebrate it on my own). What are you reading today?

I'll continue reading both 'Poison Study' by Maria V. Snyder and 'Towers of Midnight' by Robert Jordan/Brandon Sanderson. I'm also going to begin on a series called The Edge Chronicles, suggested to me by a friend.

'The Strain' by Guillermo Del Toro and Chuck Hogan. I'm about 3/4 of the way through it now and it is very good so far. I'm very likely to pick up the second book once it's out in paperback and then finish up the trilogy once that comes out as well.

the fountainhead by ayn rand. I don't know why but picking up this book and reading it always makes me feel like the literary world hasn't totally burned to hell and might not. Rand was a crazy psychotic bitch but she sure could write and I love her novels.

I'm currently reading the commemorative edition of The Necronomicon. It's been a while since I read some of his work and I thought that would be a good place to start again.

not sure what to think of it, it's very diffrent from other fantasy books. and im not sure if its in a good or bad way yet. i like the concept and the "magic system" if you can call that here. but its not very thrilling.. at all.. :< im definetly not biting my nails while reading it :/
