Pull Warning addon/macro?

Im a tank for my guild and I was wondering if there was an addon or macro to announce in raid warning that ill be pulling in 10 seconds..and then the macro/addon counts down from there in raid warnings...I'd like something similar to what I saw in the Immersion "Keeping it in the Family" video on the front page. If you dont know what I am talking about than this may explain it - At the beginning of the fight after their ready check, you can see /rw spam of "Pull in X" repeating itself...That is the addon/macro im looking for..any help?

u can fill in anything u want

I use an addon called PugLax that does the following:

* Assigns CC and tells me which symbols to use (it won't mark with the symbols, however)
* Announces to /p that I will be pulling in 3 seconds (not sure if you can change this number or the channel it outputs to, possibly with Lua scripting) and does a countdown
* Posts to chat with CC assignments ("<player>, please <ability> the <mark>.")

You could also just use the /in command, provided you (still) got the addon for it

/rw Pulling in 10 sec
/in 5 /rw Pulling in 5 sec
/in 10 /rw ** Pulling Now **
