What would you expect the AVERAGE wow player clear in a raid for a season?

Is anybody else having any issues reaching the expertise cap? I have the trinket from Halls of Origination, and other than that, I'm not having much luck with the stat. I know our tier leggings have a good chunk, but I can't switch to those or I will be below hit cap.

I never had problems with reaching the cap, but I rate expertise higher then hit, so I just reforge haste/crit/ to expertise and after that, hit.

A huge amount of your Expertise should be coming from Reforging.
