Earthbind totem slowing

So tonight my guild are going for Nefarian, and my RL asked me about Earthbind totem for slowing the adds.
We are going 10man, and we lack classes with aoe slowing abilities(like mages).

Facts about EB:
15sec Cooldown
last 45sec
Slows by 50%
10y range
can be talented for 13y
Overwrites any other slowing effect unless they are slowing with more than 50%

So, how do I pull this off? Even with instant ghostwolf it will take a hell lot of time to run back and forth between ony or nef to drop the totem for slowing the adds.
Any thoughts, ideas, tips or anything?

Have you considered you also have frost shock at your disposal?

Edit: They may be immune as it is a raid:/

Of course I have, however frost shock ain't gonna slow all 6 mobs, now is it?

Frost shock works last time i checked. in fact, you could FB for add duty and use UE to add an extra snare.
