<Unity> is currently recruiting 2 dps and 1 healer help fill out some gaps in our 10man roster as we get deeper into heroic content. We've cleared all the current content on normal mode in catacylsm and have begun working on heroics, with Halfus and Atramedes and plently more soon to follow. We're looking for players that are interested in working on new content and defeating it now and in future tiers.

<Unity> is a new 10man semi-hardcore raiding guild on Elune (Alliance). Many of our raiders have been raiding since vanilla and experienced all content starting from vanilla all the way up to now including Yogg+0 (25man), ToGC and LK HM in WoTLK. So while we may be a new guild we are not at all new to the raiding game. We currently raid 3 days a week, Monday, Tuesday and Wedsnday from 8:30pm to 12am but make the most of our time. Loot is usually done by free roll and very fair to the point of the person who has the greatest use for the item will recieve it. We're a guild that aims to keep up with with progression while keeping a fairly laid-back and friendly atmosphere. We don't want to be constantly stressed out over progression, but we fully intend to overcome all the bosses ahead of us. Cataclysm has only been out a couple months, and already we are making great progress into it with no intent of stopping anytime soon.

We are recruiting any of the classes/specs below:
Priests: Holy, Disc.
Druids: Feral (Ideally has tank experience)
Hunter: Beast Master, Marksman, Survival.
Warlock: Affliction, Demonology, Destruction.
Mage: Arcane, Fire, Frost.
Shaman: Restoration, Enhancement, Elemental.
Rogue: Assassination, Combat.
No one will be recruited for the bench and you will have a full-time raiding spot if accepted.

What we are looking for in our apps:
-We are looking for someone who can output damage while not dying to stupid avoidable mechanics such as fire.

-An app should know their class and be keeping up with all the theorycraft for it so they can always show up to each raid prepared and keeping up with our members.

-Quick learning ability and good communication skills. If you've read up on a fight and want to clarify a couple details on how we do it, any of our members/officers will be more than happy to address your concerns. What we're not looking for is someone that wants to simply be carried through content and put in no effort. If you put in some work and ask questions though, we'll be glad to catch you up with the rest of the raid.

-A mature attitude. We generally get along and have fun in our raids, but that can't happen if there's drama over loot or complaining when we wipe to a new fight, and we really don't want to have to deal with that. You should also be able to take cristism or suggestions on fights.You should be able to handle any critism/suggestions gracefully and understand we're trying to do what's best for everyone in the raid.
