As I posted my post. Do the math on the values given by H BoER and H MT. The int and mastery from H TM heavily out scales the crit and SP from H BoER.

Ok everything is enchanted now sorry i had just gotten a bunch of new gear. With my PVP wand its better crit than my heroic wand and I dont need anymore hit and thats the main stat on my Dungeon heroic wand. With the Res. on my shoulders i havent done all the quest in Deepholm, (lol) so i figured 50 Int on my shoulders was better than nothing. i am reforging today I read that haste increases DOT ticks but i think Crit is better with the gear I have as of now.
