Atramedes Air Phase Timers

So this is something I've became quite annoying with as a feral druid. I am typically kitty for this fight so I always attempt to get my bleeds off and extend them right before the air phase. DBM timers see to be way off and frequently cause me to miss my window of time leaving me sitting with 5CPs while he's flying around. Has anyone found a RELIABLE timer for Atramede's phases even if it is a standalone addon?

Big Wigs seem to be accurate.

We killed him on heroic yesterday and Bigwigs timers was very accurate.
