Anything wrong with running 2 DK tanks?

We just lost our pally tank to a guild that is already farther along. He bailed rather than work to progress with us. We now have 2 DK tanks as what is available to us. Is there anything wrong with running 2 dk tanks?

Depends on your raid make-up, you could be losing Sunder, Stam buff etc, or it might make no difference.

Unless you have a feral druid or rogue you're wasting gear.
(And your current tanks will gear at half the normal rate)

Considering all tanks but 1 wear plate I would consider it a "normal rate"

Undergeared DK tanks take very spikey damage, so your healers will hate having to gear up another dk tank. Once they get to a nice level of mastery it shouldn't matter too much.

My guild runs 2 DK tanks and my healers dont have very much trouble. Now if only the DPS would stop standing in things....

From a tanking side of things, there shouldn't be any major problems. All 4 tank classes are fairly well balanced and generally able to handle tanking any of the encounters. You are more likely to be missing some buffs if you are running a 10 man but 10 man's aren't necessarily designed around needing to have every buff.
