Tank Trinket Question

First Off -

Talio - Hellscream - US
Protection Paladin

Question on gearing more then anything, (Yes I know I need to change my spec a bit, that last point was in before doing my research on a couple of things).

Trinkets - This is an alt, but that doesn't mean I don't mind spending gold on him. Would the DMC: Earthquake be worth a maximimum investment of around 3k-4k? I have the gold, it's just the question of whether it'd be considered an upgrade to what I'm currently using. Yes, TB Mirror would be ideal, but in light of me not having grinded those dailies yet, thoughts? Additionally, anything else you think I need to regem / regear? Any advice is welcome.

EDIT : I'd be reforging the Dodge into Mastery to get the most out of it.

I just double stacked the mastery trinkets from HellScream personally.. Tol Borad and daily quests is a good price for me.. =} Dodge is diminished upon and 11500 Hit Points is a laugh..
