2 piece set bonus (Retribution)

Hi, just wanted to ask a quick question on what you guys thought about the two set bonus for ret.

Currently i have the Ettin shoulders from Halfus, but recently i received the tier shoulders from Cho'gall. I was wondering if it was worth loosing the mastery/crit from them and replacing them with tier ones for the 2-set bonus.

I could reforge the stuff i have back to crit/master again so im back to just touching the hit-cap.

For ret the shoulders are the only piece you don't want. If you want 4 piece get Head, Chest, Gloves and Legs.

I doubt the halfus shoulders equal a 3% dps increase, which is about what the 2pc is. I would use the tier shoulders to make your 2pc until you get another tier piece so you can maintain your bonus and swap the halfus shoulders back in. Currently I'm doing this with my 4pc and will swap pauldrons once I get tier helm. Our bonuses are good, and are likely worth more than a single piece of gear.

Remember, BiS lists function as a whole. If you don't have all pieces, you might have a better set up prior to acquiring it all, tier bonuses being the best example.
