Taskbar not responding.

So I got on the computer, started doing some things, taskbar was working fine. Then my internet connection was lost for a little bit when the phone rang (don't ask... happens all the time for some weird reason -.-) and once the internet reconnected I can't interact with the taskbar anymore. Everything is showing up on it when it's supposed to but I can't click on it or do anything to it.

Edit: Nevermind I found a way to make it work.
