About Us

Union is an old school raiding guild on EU-Outland PvP server, founded March 2005.

We cleared Sunwell Plateau in patch 2.4 (M'uru pre-nerf) and obtained Heroic Glory of the Raider in patch 3.0 and Heroic: Glory of the Ulduar Raider in patch 3.1. We defeated Algalon on 24/08/09 and Yogg0 few weeks later.

We have some great players, many who have been members since our Molten Core days. We run a tight roster of players - if you can't be reliable, you're replaced - we carry no-one. We expect players to maintain a 90% raid attendance.

We used to be a 25 man guild but for Cataclysm we're focussing on 10 man content. Our current progress is 12/12 normal and 7/13 heroic mode.


Requirements

• You need to have good raiding experience
• You need access to Ventrilo, a working mic and the ability to communicate well in English.
• You need to be highly active, we raid up to 5 days a week 7pm - 11pm server-time (Wed/Thur/Sun/Mon/Tues).
• You should be prepared to raid extra hours whilst trying new content.
• You will need to have good knowledge of your class. Your talents, glyphs, professions, gear choice and gemming should be of optimal performance for your character whilst raiding
• Dedication in obtaining non-raid upgrades (badge items, heroic instances, trade skills, etc.).
• We're looking for players that have majority i359 level gear. Anything lower won't be considered unless the player is exceptional.
• The ability to play any spec of your class optimally. At times you will need to play a different spec for a specific encounter

We're not looking for someone who just raids and then logs off until the next raid. We're really keen on people who enjoy doing achievements, playing on alts and pvping. On off days we run alt/pug raids.
