"Entered too many........" Addon

Is there any addon out there who gives you some sort of timer for the lockout of the 5 per hour instances thingy ? Doing alot of boosting latly and its just pain to know when we can get going agian, yes yes I know I can check the clock when we start and count but Iam a lasy player who want a addon for it
