Buying a new headset

As said in the title, I'm looking for a new headset. After being with the WoW Wireless headset for half a year now it broke. So now I'm looking for something new in the same pricerange. ( 120-200$ ) Been looking around abit and found some intresting headset and I would love you guys to tell me your opinion about them. So here they are:

For $200 I would personally buy some quality headphones and get a cheap lapel mic. I have the sennheiser hd555's and a $10 lapel microphone. I'm not an audiophile but they sound really good to me.

Before this I used the SteelSeries 5H v2 Headset and really liked them. The sound pales in comparison to my sennheiser's but the mic is really great (its really flexible) and you can take them apart if you have to travel anywhere.

Ok, looked up some headsets and the final headsets are: Razer megalodon, Sennheiser 360, Tritton AX 51 Black Ops Headset and Sennheiser 333D 3D Headset. So Please leave your final thoughts and expirence about these/ other headsets.
