ElvUI buff tracker/checker question

Been meaning to ask this for some time, but i got a bad memory.

The "buff checker" or what u may call it in ElvUI under the minimap - is that an addon that I can download somewhere, or is it excluded to that compilation?

I know its abit small - but i hope u know what i mean.

Would love that addon.

as far as i know it only works with tukui or any other tukui alterations like Elvui, more info can be found at Tukui.org
