<YARG> is an acronym for Yet Another Raiding Guild, and is also a 7/13H 25man guild that raids 8-11CST Sunday to Thursday.
We're currently seeking skilled, reliable, and dedicated DPS for our raiding core. The ability to maintain excellent attendance, perform at an above-average level, and experience in current and previous heroic content are assets of any applicant.

We're also currently looking for a holy paladin! Please have sufficient experience in heroic raiding!

Our guild is focused on 25man heroic progression, and always has been, leading the pack of progression on our server since the middle of ToGC and maintaining all realm first achievements from then on. <YARG> arrived on the Rexxar server in its current form in the Burning Crusade, and we have a few players that have been in some incarnation of this guild on their old server Undermine since Vanilla. That being said, we have no plans on going anywhere anytime soon, other than up!

How YARG Works
We use loot council, comprised of votes from the officers and GM.
Our trial period typically lasts one month. Recruits in our guild enjoy the privileges of raiders in that we offer a Seafood Feast on every pull, Flask Cauldrons (at a 1:1 exchange rate to your flasks -- you save 1 flask a night), and we sell Maelstrom Crystals for your enchants at half AH price (we also match crystals needed for free... if you need 5 crystals for an enchant, we will sell you 3, and give you 2 free of charge). We don't make you stay unguilded for the month you're a trial and we certainly don't shard/offspec your upgrades just because you're new.
We're a community, and these perks do come at some effort of our raiders. Our members fish mats for the feasts, and donate/farm herbs so that we can consistently have cauldrons and food for all.

After you register, simply drop your application in our 'Applications' forum. If you want to apply privately, use the email provided at the bottom of this post.
There is no template, but here are a few things we like to see included in an application:

- Computer/connection specs
- Be creative! You can tell a lot about an applicant by their application.
