Need help with choosing parts for new PC

I'm from the UK, had my laptop for 3 years so need a upgrade now for gaming

Looking to spend upto £700 for the components, just need help choosing what best to buy for the money. Will be using the PC for gaming (Rift) and editing (PS, FC). Links to components would be really appreciated

    Cheers!

Then as long as the prices aren't much different, you could go with a build like this
    CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...Tpk=i5%202500k
    MOBO - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-705-_-Product
    GPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-425-_-Product
    RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-428-_-Product
    PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-005-_-Product
    Case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-021-_-Product
    CPU Fan - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...olmaster%20212

That's basically the setup I'm using, for around the price you are asking. If all the parts cost the same over there, you'd be set. :] And you could change the mobo to any P8p67 board, just make sure its the P67, not the H67. Overclock that processor (Its a joke) and you'll run everything max frames, and still be able to upgrade when you want.
