Target Blue Buff Bar removal!

Hey All!

I have a slight problem. I was wondering if anyone could help me remove the following highlighted area in the picture below. When I target a mob/dummy I get the same bars anew towards the left as well covering my own player bar.

Any tips or ideas from which addon it is and how to remove these?

Just post the link edited to have a couple of spaces in it - one of the moderators will edit it into a full link when they notice it.

That's Quartz if I'm not mistaken.

Honestly, that appears to be the Quartz buff/Debuff bars - if you dont use Quartz. then i got no clue

yeah its under buff/debuffs if you cant find it there look under target setting and such it should pop up there.

Quartz it was -> Buffs -> Disabled

That is Quartz. not sure how to turn it off because I've never wanted/needed to.
