That's the point I'm trying to make :P

SSDs are awesome, but it is well worth saving for one while getting a bit more grunt (well i5-2500k is a lot more grunt, especially OC'd to 4.5GHz).

Oh god, I wish my apprenticeship would finish already so I could get more than £433 a month <.<

To be honest, you can probably push that up to 4.7GHz with a standard 40 dollar air cooler, without having a real increase in temperature.
