I think it needs to be done more in a MMO, in an effort not to piss off anyone. The latest bioware game has done it with their clothes on. Romance is part of the storyline and also a natural event. Why must the camera turn away when the romantic music starts playing. Why did witcher have been censored for the American Verizon. Can they not understand sex in video games, something we can handle. For those of us who are to prude-ess we can turn our head away for a bit. Maybe this is just Amercia but you can cut a guys head clear off from his head, freeze him and blow him up yet you cannot see a woman's areas because that is too vulgar?

Its just the way America is, we can see brutal violence, but not ANY nudity, its silly really.

Some guy with half a head is going to be way more damaging than a pair of breasts.

Its just how our culture is, and its probably not going to change, didn't we have this argument recently?

If we did, I wasn't apart of it or knew of it. This reminds me of guild gamers on warcraft who usually, get what they want inthe guild because they use their sexuality to their advantage. Sex is in movies, sex is in adds. Even Justin Timberlake is bringing sexy back.

It's easier for parents to explain why the RPG just blew the nasty mans face off than it is to explain what the big jiggly things on her chest and the furry thing between her legs are for.

People are pathetic nowadays, they get offended so easily it ruins the overall experience for normal well adjusted people like you or I.

Apart from that, I'd like to see something like this implimented in future games as it shows pure character development and emotion, sure you'd have people that would abuse it so they can sit there touching themselves 'HUR DUR DEY HED SECKS' but there would be a majority of people that would see it as their character progressing through the life the game developers have strived to make so realistic.

its reversed for germany at least, we can have some nudity without a problem, but strong violence is cencored really bad

Eeeeeeeeerh, well I already expect a flamefest from a bunch of conformists, but I think that ofcourse also has to do with the developer wanting to put it in, the age of the estimated player, bad reputation because of it, also let's not forget that most people still have the silly thing in the back of their head thinking Video-Games are limited to kids.

Basicly, I think it has to do with what the developer wants in the game and what kind of audience they want to reach.

Now if you basicly want sex in WoW to happen, I think that's not going to happen considering it's rated 12 and has a whole bunch of little kids playing (even if there would be a possibility to mark a box that allows you to skip that kind of stuff )

They are already dumbed down. People think having a gun means they can run'n'gun in real life without thinking of: Recoil, weight, wind, armor, environment or your teammates.
