Roll for Blame on the server Ravencrest is looking for raiders to fill out our team.
We are a later night raiding guild on the Ravencrest server. We raid from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. server time (midnight-3 a.m. Eastern/9 p.m.-midnight on the left coast) on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday.
We use EP/GP for loot.

Real life recently crit us, so we are currently seeking to up the ranks of the guild. We are accepting ALL classes. We currently are 9/12 on 25-man content, which is our focus. We do, however, usually raid 10 mans on Saturdays and are 11/12 on 10 mans. We need just a couple more exceptional players to replace some of our long-time cores who just left the game.

Roll for Blame was founded in 2008 and has been one of the top guilds on our server since inception. Our focus is raiding. We cleared all but LK on heroic in ICC25 during WOTLK.

We believe that all members should be an outstanding example for other players in the game. Big egos and attitudes are not welcome in RFB -- we enjoy a low drama game experience. Our main focus is our guild's progression. While we are social and friendly with each other, we are not a social or leveling guild. Members alts, family and friends are welcome if they will contribute to overall guild raid progress, and they will be evaluated on their merit.

What we expect from every member:
• All members must be at least 18 years of age. Please do not apply if you are not 18 or older.
• Able to make nearly all raids in the normal scheme of things, at least 75% with attendance posts. We understand RL happens and will grant exceptions. Please notify us when you need one.
• Each member MUST be proficient in their class.
• Best-in-slot enchants and professions are required. Any PVP gear or enchants will also be declined, unless a sufficient explanation is given.
• Preparation for each raid means being outside the instance at 10:40 server with flasks, food buffs, elixirs, reagents, etc.
• Stable internet connection; if you have a wireless connection please consider using your LAN when raiding.

Trial Period:
If you are accepted into Roll for Blame you will be on a conditional "initiate" trial period during which time your performance as a raider will be evaluated. This period is usually two weeks but can be extended at the officers and GM discretion. Full membership will be extended to those players performing to a high standard, are low drama, and demonstrate flexibility and compatibility with our raid teams. Raid invites are not guaranteed to initiates, however you should sign-up and be available for raids at least 15 minutes before invite time as we will note your availability for raids when considering full membership.
