Critiquing lack of spell-checking is an infraction?

If someone submits a lengthy idea for review, and there's a lack of using a spell-checker on this lengthy post that was most likely typed up in an editor of some sort, it's an infraction to note bad spelling? I'm sorry, but anything on the size scope of what I commented on is submitted to the forum community for peer review and there's a word in bold incorrectly spelled before you even get into the meat of the subject and people want their work taken seriously? Anywhere else you submit work for peer review a blatant spelling error in larger font and bold typeface on the first page of the document would get you laughed out the door, because it implies either laziness, corner-cutting, or both and reflects both the document and creator of the document.

There is no link to reply to the infraction in the automated message. In fact it implicitly states not to reply to this message, because it will not be read.

The reason we have rules against things like critiquing spelling and grammar in an unhelpful way is the large population of non-native English speakers. To dismiss an entire long, thought out post because of spelling errors is a bit ridiculous and certainly not helpful. If you wanted to make a constructive comment, there are much better ways to do so.
