Heroic raids

Hello, I was today assaulted by this question:

I have cleared 12/12 on my toon. However, I created a new guild after this and most of the people in the guild has only 10/12 (Cho'gall dead).

Does this mean I can do BoT, BWD and T4W heroic, only BoT, or none at all until we as a guild kill 12/12 ?

The leader can set heroic if he/she killed the respective end boss.

As long as the raid leader has defeated the end boss of a raid dungeon, he can switch the raid to heroic mode. So yes, you can switch to Heroic in all the current tier raids.
