Go pick up Vuhdo, it will display your hot icons on the bars with timers, you just need to change it in the setup.

The raid frames given for cata do everything grid does an more an looks bettter. Grid is outdated. You can use clique with wow raid frames. You can shrink the frames also don't separate by groups if you want it to be smaller.

What have you been smoking? No one uses Clique. Blizzard Raid Frames do not have:
1. Mana
2. HoT Counts
3. HoT Timers
4. Color changes based on HoT runtimes (turns red when a HoT needs refreshing)
5. Are WAY too big
6. No Tank Break Outs

The Blizzard raid frames are not good.

As for HoT Timers, if you search "Grid HoT Timers" on google, you'll find various solutions.

Personally I use:

Grid Indicator Corner Text - Puts each HoT in a different corner with a cooldown timer
Grid Mana Bars - To see who needs IV, to see who's OOM so who cares if they die, To see who needs Prayer
Grid Status Dungeon Role - It tells you who the tanks are, you can turn off the other 2 roles
Grid Status HoTs - Puts timers that Grid Indicator Corner Text accesses into the game

There are plenty of addons to Grid that can help. Search Grid on Curse and browse through the added feature packs. You can set indicators that change color based on duration as well as other icons that show time left.
