[Horde][Executus] <Moist> 12/12 - 1/13HM [Recruiting any and all players of quality].
<Moist> is a recently established raiding guild on the Executus-US server. We are currently in search of any and all players whom wish to progress into the higher tiers of raiding, as we are now working on our 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th heroic modes; so on and so forth. Exceptional applicants are valued as we continue our push into the Heroic end bosses and into Fireland raids. We emphasize efficient raiding, a amiable and intelligible environment, and analysis/planning, over yelling and complaining (except our fabulous Enhancement Shaman who QQ's loudly: bring earplugs [I keed, I keed]). Most of our members have families and careers and so we emphasize making the most of the few hours each week we raid.. We are dedicated, and the typical Moistette is one who would stay to smash his face on the boss until his or it's face gave out. We demand high performance, excellent gameplay, and positive, constructive attitudes. If you're one to keep a bible handy at all times, are thin-skinned or can't bite your tongue, we'd like to forward you to the upper-right-hand X.

We are looking for dedicated raiders who can contribute both in-game as well as in forums for planning, strategizing, and theorycrafting.
We are an adult-content guild. Not to say we don't have underage members, but they're about as adult as a Freshman in Highschool who's just copped his first feel on some Filipino chick can be.
We're fast-paced, having downed all raid content within the first week of us raiding. Keep up, and be self-sufficient.
Our currenty raiding schedule is Tu/We/Th/Su, 8-1am. Subject to change, be variable.
Loot system: We give gear where deserved, based on performance, attendance, attitude, contribution (that being said, we all attend every raid with a positive and aggressive attitude, and press out the very best we can). Gear is typically centered around the needs of the guild. Tokens typically are passed out to the healers and tanks, as they need to be able to be the most resilient. If you have an issue with that, you're just a shaken-baby.
All consumables are expected to be handy at ALL times.
ALL exceptional players of any class are always encouraged to apply.
All candidates that meet our profile will be evaluated and considered.
We are looking for very skilled players with progression raid experience who want to raid as efficiently as possible -- we consider every member's time a valuable commodity, which means pulling on time, finishing on time, and not wasting time in raids. We expect the best of our members and only accept 100% from everyone. If you are serious about raiding wish to be competitive, and see the hardest of the hard before it gets nerfed, it's as easy as a one page application.
