Honestly dude you're talking to the wrong people. PvP kids don't show any kind of respect towards people that make these types of threads or aren't at *least* 1800+. Besides, if I were you at that rating and trying, I'd be asking for help with comp and what you can do in different situations against different comps, etc etc.

Also, screenshots are a must.

Don't let them chain cast on you. You can spell lock, LoS, fear, psychic horror, death coil, or howl of terror to prevent them from getting casts off.

1) You have a priest able to dispel all of an Arcane Mage's CDs

2) You have a felhunter that you can insta summon able to spell lock their arcane tree

3) You have Pain Supression and PW:B

4) You have multiple fears on both toons

5) You have LoS

6) They have a long cast time and no haste cooldowns.

7) They have to cast AB 3 times to get that level of "burst". Tip: It's not burst if it's the 4th cast you let them get off.

8) Did I mention you have LoS?

Arcane is a terrible spec to use in arenas. It's cheesy and only works against people who have no idea how to stop it. It is however very very OP against said people. You're obviously not very experienced in PvP, that's fine. Lots of people have been 2 shot by arcane mages (after the said mage got his stack up and poped CDs), now you'll know. Next time you see them you will likely win, arcane is a 1 trick pony.

Just like Fury warriors, CC them for a bit and you win. You failed in doing that obviously, Arcane is the easiest mage spec to play against.

Not to mention that Arcane being overpowered is so last season.

Its a shame for you. Its a shame you didn't have some way of fearing them (they should give shadow priests and warlocks fear). Another thing they should have is silence and perhaps give the warlocks some sort of pet to silence or even one which can put pretty love hearts on a target and stop them doing anything.

In other words - anyone who lets 2 arcane mages stand still and cast AB spam deserve all they get.

-You probably stood in the open, while the mages free casted on you.
-You probably didn't use your spell lock to lock out one's arcane tree (now they can't do damage, nor sheep hurp durp).
-You probably didn't fake cast either of their counterspells.
-Your priest probably didn't dispell either of their arcane power's.
-You're priest probably didn't sw: D a single incoming polymorph.
-You and your teammate probably trinketed the first thing that made you "LOL I CANT DMG/HEAL"
-You probably just tried dotted one, got locked out of your tree, and stood their in the middle of the map backpedaling wondering why you can't dot more things.
-You and your priest probably complained about the damage they did, called them "bad" and "facerollers" when you probably played like a 1800 hero.

i play arcane in 2s and 3s and when a dps is on me i'm lucky if i can cast 2 arcane blast and my cd are always dispelled
