Unfortunately only 3/12 right now for cata progression due too being in an extremely casual raiding guild. Really looking for a less casual raiding guild that has end game content in mind. Ive been playing WoW since vanilla days, mainly raided in BC as a mage from Kara to SSC and most of BT. Did very little raiding in WOTLK due to life, but did clear initial content and TOC with the same mage. I do keep up with any changes made to my class and make sure I have the best possible enchants/gems and stat setup for the greatest output in raids.
-Raid time must start at 7 or 8pm PST and go no later than 11 or 12pm Tue/Wed/Thu (Have only missed 1 raid since cata release with those raid time's/days)
-Alliance only and willing to server xfer ASAP
-Please be an established guild recruiting for core spots
-I do have a raid ready Elemental offspec i don't mind using if the situation calls for it
-Doesn't have to be 13/13 HM guild, just have players who know what raid awareness is and willing to do what it takes on there part to down bosses.

Our goal is high end progression while not turning the game into a job. We are a level 25 guild on Darkspear (PvP). We were previously Euphoria of Vek'nilash until our core group transferred here recently because we enjoy PvP and wanted to join the better side (Horde).

We expect members to be responsible to learn their class and be prepared for every raid before start (all gear enchanted and gemmed w/highest quality, any special consumable besides what we provide, repair money); reading and watching videos on every fight we have planned for that week.

During progression we sometimes stay in raid past end time....raid on weekends and off nights. Other nights are scheduled for achievement/mount runs, guild rated battlegrounds.
Your application will not be taken seriously if you do not spend the time on filling it out fully and completely. We will not waste your time, so do not waste ours.

Serious Business is an established (4 years old) "semi-hardcore" 10-man raiding guild, on the Alliance side of the US-Gnomeregan. While our guild's atmosphere is often far from serious, we strive to make the most of our raiding hours each week. Using this philosophy we have progressed steadily from Gruul's all the way through Mount Hyjal, Black Temple, Sunwell Plateau, Malygos, Sarth3D, Ulduar, ToC, ICC and straight into Cataclysm raids. SB is nearly 4 years old, making it one of the oldest active guilds on our server.
All in all, we aim to provide our raiders a mature environment in which to enjoy higher-end content, while also remaining flexible and accommodating our members' real life commitments and schedules.
We expect raiders to attend at least 4/5 raids a week or let us know in advance when they will be unable to attend. Our guild is comprised of almost all working adults, so we try to value our raider's time.
Applicants should be ready to raid, in ~360+ gear, and know how to play their class. This is for a raid spot immediately, no bench warming.
Now with all the /srs junk out of the way, we're a great group of people who love to joke around while we raid, but have no issues getting serious when it comes to figuring stuff out. It's a fantastic atmosphere with a solid core of people, and we have very very little turnover for anything other than RL stuff.

About Us:
Dauntless is a "midcore" raiding guild on Malfurion server. We've been around since shortly after TBC when a group of us broke off from a larger casual guild to start raiding, but many of our members have been around since the old vanilla WOW days. We are looking to replace a few that have taken a break due to the upcoming nice weather, school or other real life responsibilities. We are an adult guild (note, I did not say mature, we do like to have fun).
We say "midcore" because we aren't going to be top guild on the server, but we aren't last either. We're a pretty laid back group trying to manage that fine line between keeping raiding fun and keeping progression going. We move at our own pace (Which has picked up nicely in the last week or so), get the same loot and titles and laugh while doing it. It's important to enjoy yourself while you're raiding! We're family friendly; For clarity sake our vent is NOT but the overall guild is, nobody loses a raid spot because they have to afk quick to drop spouse aggro, tuck in the kids or need a few nights off to take care of a sick child.
About You:
We are looking for dedicated raiders that will take the time to read up on their class, boss strategies, and read over the forums when new strategies are posted. We are looking for raiders that can make at least 2/3 nights a week and are raid ready.
At minimum you should be:
Level 85and raid-ready.
You must be at least 18 years of age. Exceptions are made occasionally, depending on the strength of the applicant and their application. This is rare.
Own your own account and do not share that account with others.
Have a stable Internet connection.
Have Ventrilo with a working microphone and be willing to download all the required raiding mods.
Have a pure PVE spec that is gemmed, enchanted and glyphed for maximum PVE efficiency.
Should not be easily offended, and be able to take a joke. The exception is jokes about children, those result in an immediate gkick. Vent is rated R at times.
An ability to listen and to follow instructions, learn strategies independently, play your class in a raid and willingness to adjust your spec to perform the role you are assigned.
NOTE: Adjusting your spec does not mean we're going to make you play Resto when you applied as Feral, for example. We don't do that. You can stay in your selected primary spec, we just expect your talents and your gear to be singularly focused on raiding. Your secondary spec if you have dual spec is your own choice.
Zero-Drama Policy:
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy in regards to drama. This includes griefing other players (e.g. standing on your Mammoth mount in the Dalaran fishing pool to irritate other players), starting drama in trade/general chat or the forums, or the type of girlish interpersonal drama to get people bickering in guild. These types of behaviors result in immediate removal. We are a tight-knit guild and don't take scrubs that cause drama.
