Wormhole Generator: Northrend unable to find?

I cannot find where I should learn this. I checked dal and it wasn't there. I went on wow head and it says trainers in org have it, but they don't. Any help?

Id learned it at 435 at the Dalaran trainer while Powerleveling my Warrior through Engineering

I also learned it in Dalaran but a nifty tip while you're still leveling to 435...
You can actually use this item at 415 so if you're lucky enough to find it on the
AH(I did for 5g) you can use it until you have the opportunity to craft your own.

I'd believe the answer is yes... I only learned mine about a month ago.
Is it possible you've learned the spell and just don't realize it?
If you don't have the spell and the Org trainer doesn't offer it to you,
then you should head to Dalaran and check the trainer there.

Nothing in the comment section of the Dalaran trainer says anything about
it not being available. Nothing in any of the comment sections about the
item say it's not available. My conclusion would be that it's still available.

I learned it from the trainer in Org powerleveling my Priest on monday. Built it today and I love it!
