Poem, Quick!!

I'm turning in a job application and it says to "write a poem about yourself on the back". Problem is that I'm not very poetic-y! If anyone can help me come up with a few lines (or stanzas?), I would love you to death (not literally)!

It needs to be about me, so here's some info:
I'm 18
Male
Name is Mark
Senior in high school
Desperate for a job

I know this isn't the best place to ask, but I'm desperate, and there's quite a few literary geniuses on this forum. Troll me if you like, but results are what matter <3

Not cheating, btw this is what I have:

I've been looking for a job for a while
and I think this place would fit my style
I'm a hard worker, and I try to stay humble
also you'll find that rarely do I grumble
I'm never late for work, that you'll see
unless my car is running low on gasoline
I'm a senior at Timp, that's wassup
soon I'll graduate and wrap this year up
I really like skiing up at Sundance
unless I get snow down my pants
I speak a little flunt Spanish
and I have a huge appetite for Costco's Danish
My favorite music is hip hop or rap
this poem should let you read me like a map
I place a lot of care in my personal hygiene
and I always wash my hands after visiting the latrine
Well there, that's my poem, I did my best
I hope it impressed you, rather than distressed
If you decide I'm the man for your needs
Give me a call

You might want to look up rhyme scheme on wikipedia.

The traditional ABAB rhyme pattern, while reliable, doesn't do justice to conveying a subject as complex as the entirety of a personality.

Consider an Chant royal rhyme pattern as it can appear initially as a story but when viewed as a completed work, it is quite an elaborate poem.
