Announce to sell something... if you get a buyer make that thing and sell it. The most secure way tbh.
Buy the recipes from Twilight Highlands and also make the belt buckles... those things sell like mad

Most commonly tank items sell better because of the "all tanks start level 85 with ilvl 359" stigma. That's about it though.

Belt buckles are about the only BS item that fits that description.
