    [A] <Cookie> Darkspear 25 man 12/12 normal and 2/13 heroic

Cookie is the oldest guild on the server and over the past years one of the top Darkspear raiding guilds. We have always progressed through content and our goal is to keep doing that. From 20 man content back in old days to Cataclysm heroic 25 man raids we have always kept a nice social environment.
Cookie's goal is to reach the top in end-game raiding while keeping a friendly and social atmosphere in the guild. While we understand that some players have less time to spend on this game then others, we do demand a certain attitude and dedication to end-game raiding. This means high attendance, willing to learn how to maximize your performance and a desire to play your class to it's full potential.

Recruitment is open for all DPS and heal classes and exceptional applications from tanks are always welcome.

    Raid times:
    Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday/Monday -> 19:45-23:00: We raid 25 man content
Tuesday/Friday/Saturday -> 19:45-23:00: We do alt raids and pvp premades. Attendance on 10 man isn't required it's for those that want to have some fun. During progression we test some new bosses on 10 man also during offnights.

    Small summary of what's needed:
    - Understand how your class works in a raid.
    - Being able to raid at least 3-4 days a week.
    - Cataclysm raiding experience, TBC and WOTLK more than welcome.
    - Able to communicate in English, not xenophobic (able to listen to a different language once in a while)
    - Use of addons guild uses in raids. You will be provided with a list of said addons and expected to have them from the moment you start raiding.
    - Mature behavior, able to stay focused during wipe-raids and farm-raids equally.
    - Prepare for raids, reading guides (if you are recruited, we expect you to know all the fights Cookie has done so far).
    - PvE spec and ready to change it when needed.
    - Stable computer and connection.
    - In control of your playtime.
    - Able to take criticism if needed and follow simple instruction/orders.
    - Gear is important but it's not the only criteria. Above all ability and will to improve.

    Loot system:
    We are using "EPGP".
How this works? Simple. EPGP stands for Effort Points/Gear Points. Effort Points (EP) quantify the effort each member put towards the, hopefully common, guild goals. Gear Points (GP) quantify what loot each member got back in return. Loot priority (PR) is computed as the quotient of the two: PR = EP/GP.
The person with the higher PR gets the first say on loot. As a result, the more effort you put the more gear you receive. As a matter of fact, the gear you receive is proportional to the effort you put. EPGP is based on this simple principle.

Feel free to whisper us in game, if you have some specific questions.
    Glimsy, Valy, Iolanar or Cyyn.

If we aren't online poke any Cookie and they will be more than willing to tell you if we are on alt.

    Apply to:
    cookie.isitaboat.co.uk
or use the following link to the direct application template:
    maszatka.hu/cookie/Application.htm
Please logout in your PvE gear.

And please put some effort in the application.
A lot we can learn about you from your application. If you slap 3-4 words here and there how can we expect from you to do more in raids?

    Thanks for reading.
