LGA 1366 is pretty old now... I'd opt more for a Core i5 2500K and an LGA 1155 motherboard if you can.
    Intel Core i7 5820K @ 4.2GHz | Asus X99 Deluxe Motherboard | 16GB Crucial DDR4 2133 | MSI GTX 980 4G GAMING | Corsair HX750 Gold | 500GB Samsung 840 EVO

Don't, it's based on previous generation tech. Rather get i5-2500K and GTX560ti/570 instead.

You'll run wow just fine at Ultra settings.

Well if it's for WoW you will have 1*10^n fps all the time, anywhere, your pc will apply hotfixes on it's own and will even make you coffee while you wait in a que.

But as they said, it's previous gen tech, get the new stuff and 12Gb ram? Jesus Christ man, you dont need that much unless u plan on playing WoW, video editing, doing animations AND watching porn on 12 tabs at the same time.
Sticking feathers up your butt does not make you a chicken. Quack.

you should definately go for Sandy Bridge (lga 1155).
and depending on what else you plan to do with that computer you might consider taking a second HDD for Raid0 or add a SSD.

RAID0 is dumb unless you need lot of space AND speed at the same time, ie. video editing for example. It's more trouble than worth for generic gaming PC use.

And double the risk to lose everything when 1 of them breaks.

    But yeah, @ OP:

Don't get i7-960, it's last gen like said. i5-2500K and i7-2600K yields you much more bang for the buck than this. GTX470 is also not that optimal choice for video card, rather have 560Ti or 570GTX if you want more raw power.
